Information Technology Manger
Ben has over ten years’ experience working in the rail industry, both public and private sectors, at Queensland Rail and Aurizon. There he developed systems to facilitate the Network Maintenance Plan, built database queries and reports to meet QCA and QT governance requirements, and built dashboards to provide information to planners and managers. He also worked as an Information Technology contractor for five years developing custom desktop software solutions and web applications.
Ben believes that in this information age people are drowning in data but starved for information and has a passion for making use of the data that companies have about their business, and making it work for them.
